Cost for Week 1

Time for Reading the Lessons (Based on the time it takes for the audio version of the Course) = 21 minutes and 16 seconds

Time for doing the required Lesson Exercises = 25 minutes

Total Time Required = 46 minutes, 16 seconds

Total percentage of time in a week invested in the Course = .46%

If you throw in a study group session (1.5 hours, plus 1 hour commute time), the total cost would be 3 Hours and 16 minutes, or 1.95% of the total time in a week.

Annual Cost

Time for Reading the Lessons (Based on the time it takes for the audio version of the Course) = 19.8 hours (0.23% of the total time in a year.

Time for doing the exercises required by the Course lessons - minimal. Over the span of the year, by actually DOING the exercises outlined in the Lessons, time is saved, not spent. The Lessons lead us to the point were we no longer spend vast amounts of time worrying, being angry, complaining, judging.... and this time savings greatly exceeds the minutes requested each day to perform the exercises in the Lessons.
